• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education
• Experience as a Lead Teacher in an international preschool is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Passionate about Early Childhood Education

• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities based on the school curriculum and children's developmental needs.
• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development.
• Lead and coordinate classroom activities with Class Teachers.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom experiences.
• Prepare learning materials and maintain classroom documentation.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

We are currently looking for Lead Teachers for the following age groups:

• Toddler: 18–24 months
• Nursery: 2–3 years old
• Pre-K: 3–4 years old
• K1: 4–5 years old
• K2: 5–6 years old
