1. Handle finance and accounting for student enrollment (enrollment fees, tuition fees, uniforms, field trips, etc.).

2. ⁠Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory, and Bank.

3. ⁠Perform basic Finance & Accounting workflows such as budget and cash flow forecasting.

4. ⁠Post accounting journal entries and reconcile all company financial transactions.

5. ⁠Prepare and take responsibility for reports and the use of petty cash funds.

6. ⁠Ensure proper organization and storage of all financial documents.⁠Perform other administrative tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

7. ⁠Check and control supporting data for financial transactions.

8. Ensure accurate recording of financial data and information to enable timely and accurate monthly financial closing reports.

9. ⁠Process daily financial transactions, including journal entries, payments, and receipts.

10. Work closely with several divisions in handling payment for 3rd party vendors. (Marketing, Creative, HR, Operations)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax is preferred.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.

3. Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

4. Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections is advantageous. Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and tax applications.

5. Tax Brevet A/B is a plus.

6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills for payment issues.

7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

8. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

9. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with employees and management.

10. Honest with strong communication and interpersonal skill.
